Terroir:
The vineyard has a surface area of 4.5 hectares in a single
block and overlook the medieval city. Located in the heart
of the Grans Crus classes and premiers Grands Crus classes.
Winemaking:
Made from a plot of vines over 50 years old. Concentration
of the juice at harvest time. Fermentation and long
maceration in temperature- controlled vats.
Aged:
Aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
Color:
Clear, garnet-colored wine with a slight hue of red.
Aroma:
A nose of red fruits, especially black fruits accentuated by
ripe fruits and candied fruits
Taste:
A tannic palate with a powerful body, a wine that’s not
quite dry, with a slight acidity and an undergrowth finish.
